Our AI-powered assistant helps you generate professional therapy notes in seconds. Simply enter 3-5 bullet points about your session, choose your preferred format (SOAP or Simple), and our system will generate a complete, professional note that you can copy and paste into your EHR system.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. We take privacy and security seriously. Your notes are stored locally on your device and automatically deleted after 7 days. We never store client-identifiable information on our servers, and all communication is encrypted. For premium users, notes are only stored on your own device, not on our servers. Please note - if you delete your cache your locally stored notes will also be deleted.
How many notes can I create?
Our Free plan allows up to 18 notes per month. The Essentials plan includes up to 48 notes per month, and our Pro plan offers unlimited notes. Choose the plan that best fits your practice volume.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
Is Quick Therapy Notes HIPAA compliant?
Quick Therapy Notes is designed with privacy as a core principle. We recommend not including any PHI (Protected Health Information) in your bullet points. Since notes are stored locally on your device and not on our servers, many privacy concerns are mitigated. However, for full HIPAA compliance, we recommend using our tool in conjunction with your HIPAA-compliant EHR system.
